We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Healthcare to join our team remotely. You will work with a talented team to develop advanced analytics and machine learning models that improve health outcomes and optimize communication strategies.

What You'll Do

• Utilize your strong SQL skills to manage and analyze large datasets, translating complex clinical data into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models that support evidence-based decision-making in healthcare.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to design data-driven solutions that enhance metabolic health programs.
• Focus on modeling for targeting and optimizing communication channels to improve patient engagement.
• Assess team structure and support needs, addressing gaps due to team size and workload demands.
• Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to enhance outcomes for cardiometabolic conditions.
• Support evaluation work and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Engage in ad hoc data requests and provide off-the-shelf insights using agentic models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on healthcare or pharmaceutical data.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their application in healthcare data.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and performance metrics.
• Experience working with diverse data sources, including medical claims and digital engagement data.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
