What You'll Do

• Design and build production-grade ML systems that deliver measurable value within the product.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models that power essential product features.
• Build scalable ML infrastructure and data pipelines to support robust machine learning applications.
• Transition models from experimentation to reliable production services.
• Develop high-performance APIs and backend services that integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.
• Optimize systems for latency, reliability, and observability to ensure high performance.
• Evaluate new AI/ML techniques and research to keep our technology at the forefront.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to embed AI capabilities into our offerings.

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering experience with a proven track record of building machine learning systems in production.
• Experience deploying ML systems on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ML infrastructure, pipelines, or orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting LLM services in production environments.
• Strong software engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
