Senior Business Intelligence Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for candidates in Latin America who are ready to leverage their expertise in BI solutions and Power BI development.

What You'll Do

• Develop and modernize Business Intelligence architecture, ensuring scalability and performance in an enterprise environment.
• Utilize Power BI Datasets, including DAX and data modeling, to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Drive business adoption of OLAP Cubes using SSRS, SSAS (MDX), and Azure Analysis Services.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python, focusing on data cleansing and processing.
• Highlight trends and relationships through effective visualizations, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
• Build data processing pipelines and reports/cubes on SSRS and SSAS, leveraging Azure SQL Server.
• Implement CI/CD practices and manage source code effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI solution development and Power BI.
• Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and OLAP Cube development.
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure SQL Server and data processing pipelines.
• Proficient in data analysis using Python and SQL, with knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet business goals.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and supply chain/finance.
• Familiarity with microservices and REST APIs.
