Startup Partnerships Lead - Remote Role for AI Innovators

About the Role

We are seeking a Startup Partnerships Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will drive the adoption of Claude within the vibrant French and Southern European startup ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and execute innovative programs that enable startups to access and build with Claude.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Anthropic’s startup go-to-market strategy for France and Southern Europe, identifying and prioritizing top AI-native startups.
• Build strategic partnerships with leading French VCs, including Lightspeed, Partech, and others, to drive portfolio engagement.
• Create compelling startup-focused offerings and growth initiatives in partnership with French accelerators and entrepreneurial communities.
• Design and maintain your own analytics infrastructure, using SQL and Hex dashboards to drive program optimization.
• Lead internal collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment on account activation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, founder/operator roles, or technical go-to-market roles.
• Native French language proficiency and fluent English.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience building analytics dashboards.
• Deep understanding of the French and European startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft narratives for diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with VCs or accelerators in the French market.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a bias toward action.
