Senior Audit Product Manager - AI-Driven Compliance Solutions

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Audit Product Manager to join our innovative team at Andera. This role is pivotal as we build the next generation of audit and compliance technology. As a Senior Audit Product Manager remote, you will work closely with experienced auditors and engineers to create a best-in-class AI platform that automates complex audit and risk work.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex audit workflows into AI-driven functionality.
• Lead product demonstrations for potential customers, acting as the technical expert who understands their specific pain points.
• Manage the implementation process for new clients, ensuring successful adoption and a smooth transition from manual processes.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers to identify product gaps and help prioritize the development roadmap.
• Help define best practices for automated audit processes and contribute to new product development within the platform.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of audit experience; Manager to Senior Manager level experience is a big plus.
• Deep expertise in SOX, internal audit, or risk consulting, ideally from a Big Four firm or top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and explain audit concepts to technical audiences.
• A high level of agency and curiosity about how AI and automation can solve traditional auditing inefficiencies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in product management or product design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
