Senior Analytics Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Crown Equipment Corporation. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead multiple analytics delivery teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key player in our organization, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple analytics delivery teams, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, coordinating integration efforts across various systems including SAP, IFS, BAAN, and Quipware.
• Lead the development and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure delivery performance and business value.
• Provide technical direction for our Azure-based data platform, ensuring architecture supports scalability, security, and performance requirements.
• Oversee data integration, transformation, and quality processes across source systems.
• Guide the selection and implementation of analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Champion modern data engineering and analytics practices, including automation and DevOps principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Data and Analytics solution management and delivery for manufacturing or services organizations.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing analytics, including customer segmentation and campaign analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for analytics delivery.
• Understanding of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing self-service analytics capabilities and promoting data literacy.
• Experience with Quipware or similar MES/quality management systems.
