Delivery Director - Remote Position at CodeRoad

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Director remote to lead and scale CodeRoad’s delivery organization. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of high-quality solutions for our clients. As a Delivery Director remote, you will bridge technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Client Partnership: Act as the primary technical and delivery liaison for key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions with their needs.
• Solution Advisory & Delivery Leadership: Provide expert guidance on technology choices, architectures, and delivery best practices to ensure scalability, security, and quality.
• Delivery Oversight: Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Tech Leads to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project execution.
• People Development & Leadership: Mentor and coach Program Managers, Architects, and Senior Project Managers.
• Performance Culture: Conduct performance reviews and foster a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a senior technical leader or consultant in staff augmentation or software development services.
• Strong expertise across multiple platforms, frameworks, or delivery methodologies.
• Fluency in conversational English is mandatory; Spanish is highly preferred.
