Mid-Senior Power BI Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer remote to join our fast-growing team at Fuzixel Technologies. Operating in the Information Technology and Business Intelligence sector, you will help build analytics and reporting solutions that drive decision-making for clients across various industries including fintech, retail, healthcare, and SaaS. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that surface KPIs and business insights for stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models, optimized DAX measures, and Power Query (M) transformations.
• Implement and manage datasets, incremental refresh, role-level security, and semantic models (Power BI/SSAS tabular) to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using T-SQL/SSIS/Azure Data Factory to ingest, cleanse, and transform data for reporting.
• Optimize query performance and report responsiveness through query folding, model tuning, and DAX optimization.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and QA to deploy reports, document data lineage, and provide user enablement and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions in production.
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling, T-SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and version-controlled deployments.
• A degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Must be based in India and able to work fully remote.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SSAS, SSIS, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
