About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. This role is pivotal in enhancing our migration tools that facilitate customer transitions to GitHub and between various devices. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor team members to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and technical solutions.

Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale system architecture, particularly in cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and balancing priorities.
