What You'll Do

• Contribute to the creation of targeted attraction strategies and assist in steering the country-level talent mobility process.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, serving as the main point of contact for multiple departments.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies for junior and mid-level talent.
• Deliver insights and reports that evaluate recruitment effectiveness and shape future hiring strategies.
• Engage with external recruitment agencies to ensure we attract the right talent for our business needs.
• Conduct proactive market research and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Establish and maintain collaborations with external vendors, including recruitment agencies.
• Deliver workshops for managers focused on recruitment processes, market challenges, and interview best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a matrixed, multinational organization.
• Proficient in conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR tools and processes.
• Certifications in recruitment or HR management.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition metrics and reporting.
