What You'll Do
- Contribute to the creation of targeted attraction strategies and assist in steering the country-level talent mobility process.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, serving as the main point of contact for multiple departments.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies for junior and mid-level talent.
- Deliver insights and reports that evaluate recruitment effectiveness and shape future hiring strategies.
- Engage with external recruitment agencies to ensure we attract the right talent for our business needs.
- Conduct proactive market research and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain collaborations with external vendors, including recruitment agencies.
- Deliver workshops for managers focused on recruitment processes, market challenges, and interview best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a matrixed, multinational organization.
- Proficient in conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR tools and processes.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR management.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition metrics and reporting.
