About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Mytheresa. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about luxury retail and e-commerce. As a Junior Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator remote, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to our Personal Shopping team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Personal Shopping team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with stock management activities, including supporting reporting, monitoring availability, and coordinating stock transfer requests.
  • Manage logistics-related tasks such as creating DHL shipping labels and coordinating parcel pick-ups.
  • Handle operational client requests, including processing Tax Free forms and coordinating special orders.
  • Follow up on Personal Shopping requests related to warehouse stock and report damaged or defective items on behalf of the PS team.
  • Identify operational issues and proactively contribute to resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures to support efficient business operations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation and procedures for internal reference.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in operations, preferably within luxury retail or e-commerce.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong digital literacy and confidence working with operational systems and tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates confidently and effectively with different departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
