Freelance Psychologist - Remote Mental Health Support

About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Psychologist to join our team at moka.care. This remote position allows you to provide mental health support to employees across various organizations. You'll conduct individual consultations, both in-person and via video conferencing, making a significant impact on workplace mental health.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual consultations for employees, addressing their mental health needs.
• Utilize our self-care application and integrated micro-learning tools to enhance the support provided.
• Collaborate with HR teams to analyze data and provide personalized advice based on analytics.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide psychological support during emergencies.

Requirements

• Must hold a recognized degree in Psychology, Coaching, or Therapy.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-degree experience in individual counseling.
• Experience with at least 50 individual consultations.
• Prior experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Certification in PSSM training is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in conducting workshops and group training.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for mental health.
