Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist remote to join our dynamic Finance team at NPSG International. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, expenses, and payments. You will play a crucial part in maintaining supplier accounts and financial records to a high standard while operating within a fast-growing international business.

What You'll Do

• Process supplier invoices and manage payment cycles efficiently.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong financial controls.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support operations across multiple European entities.
• Adapt to evolving processes as the business scales, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate confidently with internal teams and suppliers regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of financial data.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred; additional qualifications like AAT or ACCA (part-qualified) are a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills are essential for success in this role.
