Staff DevOps Engineer - Relocation Support Available

What You'll Do

• Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure to support rapid capability maturation and deployment.
• Integrate development pipelines leveraging automation with test-driven development tools and continuous integration/test frameworks.
• Define and implement build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.
• Ensure implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Work as part of an Agile development team to deliver end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management framework.
• Create scripts and/or templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) system.
• Monitor and support all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application AND CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or 10 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a PhD; or 16+ years of total experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Linux or related operating systems.
• Experience in an Agile software development framework.
• Familiarity with at least 3 of the following technologies: Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Flux, Helm, DynamoDB, NATS, Grafana, Prometheus, Jenkins, GitLab.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Big Bang (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Administration experience with CI/CD tools.
