Social Media Designer - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

Join us as a Social Media Designer remote and bring social-first campaigns to life through your design and motion skills. We welcome applications from Lebanese designers based in Dubai or elsewhere, with relocation support available for the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual content across traditional, social, and digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Bring campaign concepts to life with social-first visuals, both static and motion.
• Develop innovative content ideas for always-on and campaign-driven social media.
• Create platform-specific designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and basic motion graphics.
• Work with motion tools like After Effects, Premiere, or Jitter.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Social Media Managers, and Art Directors.
• Present clear and visually structured work, explaining your design choices.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and high-volume content efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere, Jitter or similar).
• Familiarity with Figma is considered an asset.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools.
