Shopify Plus Sales Solutions Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Shopify Plus Sales Solutions Manager remote to join our dynamic team at UN/COMMON. This role is perfect for a proactive, client-facing problem solver who excels at identifying needs and crafting revenue-driving solutions. You will guide prospects through the sales pipeline with clarity and conviction, ensuring a seamless experience from discovery to contract execution.
What You'll Do
- Own the lead pipeline for CRO and Build opportunities, guiding prospects from first discovery through contract execution.
- Conduct deep business and technical discovery to uncover client goals and challenges.
- Develop scopes, estimates, and proposals that balance commercial opportunity with technical feasibility.
- Partner with the CEO to craft compelling presentations that drive alignment and build client confidence.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity from sales through execution.
- Lead technical discovery and recommend best-fit solutions for Shopify Plus replatforms and redesigns.
- Build and manage partnerships across the Shopify Plus ecosystem, identifying solutions to solve client challenges.
- Contribute to innovation efforts by researching and evaluating emerging eCommerce technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or eCommerce consulting, ideally within an agency or Shopify Plus ecosystem.
- Proven ability to scope and architect complex site builds and replatforms.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus architecture and familiarity with other eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insights into business value.
- Experience engaging with the eCommerce community and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with partner management and solution documentation tools.
