ServiceNow QA Tester - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Tester remote to join our dynamic team at FUSTIS LLC. This role offers the opportunity to work 100% remotely while contributing to the development and testing of critical software applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow platform, working closely with developers and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define, develop, and execute functional, regression, and integration testing for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog modules.
• Validate JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide scripting for server-side and client-side functionalities, including UI policies and business rules.
• Test REST API integrations to ensure accuracy in request/response handling, authentication, and data mapping.
• Review and validate ITSM workflows and Service Catalog items while configuring the HRSD module for end-to-end testing.
• Support UAT planning and execution, providing clear documentation and test results for ongoing enhancements.
• Develop and maintain scalable test frameworks, applying automation testing techniques where applicable.
• Create and manage detailed test cases and scripts aligned with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Log, triage, and track defects using ServiceNow or external tools like Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers and product owners.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) configurations.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
