IL6S Engineer - Continuous Improvement Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an IL6S Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. This is a talent pool for potential IL6S Engineers for our plant in Lörrach, Germany. As an IL6S Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our continuous improvement culture and related processes. What You'll Do

• Provide training on tools and methods for continuous improvement.
• Assist departments in adhering to our established Daily Management System (DMS).
• Support various teams in data collection and extraction to facilitate continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate root cause analyses to address identified losses and gaps in departmental KPI scorecards.
• Establish new work standards to maintain improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe handling of tools for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Desire to lead our company into the future with experience in continuous improvement systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate team discussions on continuous improvement activities.
• Experience applying Lean and/or TPM tools in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to process and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Organized and disciplined approach to support and facilitate the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.

Nice to Have

• University degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
