Senior Product Manager - EdTech Remote Role

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at EDGE Tutor International. This Senior Product Manager remote position is a unique opportunity to lead product execution and discovery within a rapidly growing EdTech ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients and users effectively.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product requirements, including PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), detailed specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product discovery and validation with internal stakeholders and end users.
• Manage backlog prioritization and roadmap execution cadence.
• Define and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with measurable outcomes per major build.
• Act as the primary bridge between internal clients and the Product and Engineering team.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product direction.
• Own end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and UX requirements.
• Facilitate usability feedback loops with Operations teams, Account Managers, and Tutors.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within online tutoring platforms or EdTech products.
• Demonstrated ownership of entire product domains and platforms.
• Strong experience leading product work in environments with incomplete data and ambiguous requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong written communication skills, including PRDs, specifications, and decision logs.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
