ServiceNow Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the transition to a new ServiceNow-based platform across all Bosch entities worldwide. As a ServiceNow Analyst remote, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure smooth onboarding activities and contribute to our mission of exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Support onboarding activities across transformation initiatives, acting as a bridge between Transformation/Central Teams and Service Owners.
• Assist in planning and executing Go-Lives and Hyper Care phases for the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Central Team to assess platform standardization requirements.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise during onboarding sessions with Service Offering Managers and Owners.
• Utilize your solid knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM practices to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical expert in fast-paced, global projects.
• Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow setup and rollout projects.
• Understanding of data models and CSDM experience is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CSA, ITIL 4) are highly desirable.
