Senior Product Manager - AI & Translation Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI & Translation Remote to join our innovative team at Smartcat. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of work, where human expertise meets AI to drive unprecedented productivity gains. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own one of our most critical tracks related to translation and AI-generated content, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients while expanding our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage the product roadmap for AI-driven translation and content generation features.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and ensure product-market fit.
• Track usage data and define hypotheses for product improvements.
• Work closely with BI analysts to create dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop new features and conduct customer interviews.
• Align with the Director of Product on the overall product strategy and execution processes.
• Drive the adoption and retention of translation and content generation volumes.
• Act as an entrepreneur, focusing on achieving breakthrough results in your business area.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in B2B SaaS platforms.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with document processing projects is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with customer-facing user interfaces in B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of modern ML/AI developments related to text processing.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Openness to feedback and collaboration with remote teams across time zones.
