About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer (Webflow) to join our dynamic team at EliseAI. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our web ecosystem is both high-performing and user-friendly.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and maintain sophisticated web pages in Webflow, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and pixel-perfect across all devices.
• Collaborate with the Design team to translate Figma prototypes into functional builds, ensuring high fidelity and usability.
• Manage and optimize our Webflow CMS architecture, ensuring data is organized and accessible for non-technical teammates.
• Conduct rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and accessibility (WCAG compliance) before every push.
• Support the Senior Web Developer in implementing custom code solutions (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to extend Webflow’s capabilities and integrate third-party tools.
• Maintain clear documentation of styles, components, and workflows to ensure the marketing site remains a "single source of truth."
• Build and maintain user-friendly CMS environments that empower non-technical stakeholders to update site content autonomously.
• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team and contribute to our rapid scaling efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of advanced Webflow development experience, including building and maintaining complex, responsive web pages.
• Proven experience with CMS architecture and scalability, enabling non-technical stakeholders to manage content effectively.
• Professional experience in writing clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A strong track record of collaborating with Design teams to deliver high-quality functional builds.
• Experience in conducting technical quality assurance, ensuring all updates meet performance and accessibility standards.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week, with hybrid options available.
