This remote Senior Vice President, SEO & AI Visibility role offers a unique opportunity to join one of North America's top independent agencies, recognized for its innovative approach to connecting data and creativity for business results.

What You'll Do

• Lead the future of SEO at Tombras, defining our perspective on SEO, AI visibility, AEO, GEO, and organic discovery.
• Architect strategies for national and multi-location brands, enhancing technical SEO, content, and local SEO initiatives.
• Design and implement AI workflows that improve SEO productivity and content quality.
• Guide complex client projects, ensuring alignment with broader brand demand and media performance.
• Develop frameworks that enhance discoverability and brand presence across AI-driven search experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SEO experience, particularly in enterprise SEO programs and leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and local SEO.
• Strong command of SEO platforms and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear business language.
• Experience in building AI-enabled workflows that enhance SEO efficiency.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like BrightEdge, Conductor, and SEMrush.
• Experience with schema strategy and knowledge graph concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills with paid search, analytics, and content teams.
