Senior Demand Generation Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team at hepster. This remote position focuses on revenue-driven demand generation strategies that will significantly impact our B2B and B2B2C business in the enterprise sector. You will build our demand and funnel logic to ensure a continuous and predictable pipeline of qualified leads.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage our cross-channel demand strategy (Paid, Owned, Earned) with a clear focus on pipeline, ideal customer profile (ICP), funnel logic, and revenue.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of our CRM structure in HubSpot, including data modeling, lifecycle management, automation, and governance.
- Ensure leads are properly qualified, routed, and efficiently handed over to the sales team.
- Design and optimize funnel-based campaigns (including ABM, nurturing, and performance marketing) targeting clearly defined ICPs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall collaboration along the funnel.
- Create transparency over funnel performance and data quality, developing reporting structures that enable effective management.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and develop scalable solutions, from processes to automation.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, creative office, and external partners, focusing on impact rather than just campaigns or channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Experience building or enhancing CRM systems like HubSpot, including lifecycle management and automation.
- Proven track record of establishing demand structures with measurable impacts on pipeline and growth.
- Familiarity with cross-channel campaign management and performance marketing (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).
- Ability to analyze and actively manage funnels along clear KPIs and stages.
- Experience with ABM, nurturing, and segmented outreach.
- Strong data management skills, ensuring high data quality and clear CRM structures.
- Proficient in leveraging AI to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
