What You'll Do

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with vendors to optimize supply chain operations.
• Oversee P&L management to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management and operational strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms with vendors.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve vendor performance.
• Foster communication and collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Support the organization in achieving its strategic goals through effective vendor management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Vendor Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience in automotive sales or healthcare is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with F&I products and dealer finance.
• Knowledge of risk management and contract negotiation.
