Senior TechOps Solution Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior TechOps Solution Specialist to join our innovative team at Monzo. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of making money work for everyone while enjoying a competitive salary of £60,000 to £70,000 plus benefits.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-impact end-to-end technical solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize our SAAS tooling and relationships to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the wider TechOps team and Security collective in maintaining robust security measures.
• Build and support innovative office technology to improve productivity.
• Automate tools, processes, and fixes to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical team, handling a variety of technical issues daily.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Passion for creating an inclusive support environment and helping others.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions effectively.
• Experience in delivering technical projects and tools, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Understanding of basic networking principles.
• Experience managing macOS, Windows, or ChromeOS devices using mobile device management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack administration, and Okta.
• Background in supporting and building AV solutions.
• Familiarity with automating processes and tasks.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Experience in building and maintaining monitoring solutions with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
