Manager, Internal Communications - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to join our Corporate Communications team at The Wonderful Company. This remote opportunity allows you to play a vital role in supporting high-visibility projects while developing expertise in strategic communication, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Craft compelling content and manage internal communications platforms.
• Support reputational efforts for the company and our founders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, impactful messaging that reflects our mission and values.
• Provide project management support for a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide corporate initiatives.
• Oversee the roll-out of a new intranet platform and drive awards and rankings efforts.
• Draft, edit, and proofread employee communications, including internal emails, newsletter articles, and FAQs.
• Coordinate seasonal events that enhance workplace culture and increase employee engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in strategic organizational communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Familiarity with internal communications tools like Cerkl and SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling stories.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agriculture, real estate, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Familiarity with AP style guidelines.
• Experience building PowerPoint presentations and working with digital assets.
