Head of Security Architecture - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Security Architecture to lead our efforts in establishing a cognitive and autonomous security ecosystem. This remote position is pivotal in bridging sophisticated industrial environments with cutting-edge AI-driven innovations. You will architect a self-healing, intelligence-led security fabric that enhances Polpharma’s business agility and digital growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a Group-wide security architecture roadmap prioritizing autonomous defense and AI-native infrastructure.
• Translate frontier AI threat intelligence into scalable, self-healing architectural patterns that eliminate technical debt and accelerate digital trust.
• Govern security technology investments focusing on AI-driven ROI and architectural resilience in multi-cloud and edge-computing environments.
• Architect and implement a "Security-for-AI" framework to protect the entire lifecycle of proprietary LLM/ML models.
• Design technical guardrails against model inversion, prompt injection, and algorithmic poisoning to ensure reliability of autonomous pharmaceutical systems.
• Oversee the deployment of "Self-Healing" Zero Trust architectures that adjust security postures based on real-time anomaly detection.
• Chair the Cognitive Architecture Review Board, resolving trade-offs between innovation speed, algorithmic transparency, and security risk.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI-Security architects, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in security architecture, AI/Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in security architecture, particularly in multi-cloud and OT/ICS environments.
• Expertise in AI-security frameworks and recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF).
• Exceptional communication skills to convey the strategic value of autonomous security architecture to C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Experience with regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical environments.
• Knowledge of advanced AI technologies and their security implications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in security architecture.
