About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent in the fintech industry.
- Source candidates and evaluate their qualifications through initial screenings and interviews.
- Maintain and uphold the Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance.
- Utilize recruitment reporting and analytics to influence hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.
- Promote the company’s culture and values to enhance our employer brand.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in a fintech company.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
