What You'll Do

• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent in the fintech industry.
• Source candidates and evaluate their qualifications through initial screenings and interviews.
• Maintain and uphold the Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance.
• Utilize recruitment reporting and analytics to influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.
• Promote the company’s culture and values to enhance our employer brand.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in a fintech company.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
