What You'll Do

• Lead as the technical authority for Deel’s Field Services segment, driving enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and project-based organizations.
• Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle, including leading discovery, shaping solutions, and delivering tailored demos.
• Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable, and compliant solution designs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical challenges and advocate for customer needs.
• Build and refine a field service-specific pre-sales asset library, including demo narratives and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain deep expertise in global employment regulations and offshore workforce trends.
• Advise customers on structuring compliant workforce models, including secondments and shadow payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of deep, practical knowledge of the field services industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of different offshore employment models.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills with a focus on customer value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
