Azure DevOps Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will help build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in support of modern application development. This role is contingent upon contract award, and employment offers will be extended only upon successful contract award and client approval. You will work across Azure environments, supporting automation, monitoring, and secure delivery practices that keep applications reliable, scalable, and resilient.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automation and monitoring solutions to ensure application reliability.
• Utilize CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Work with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate security scans and compliance checks into DevSecOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and administration.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS preferred).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or equivalent).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure security practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in Azure or DevOps.
