Senior Solution Enablement Manager - HR Transformation
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solution Enablement Manager to join our team and lead the design and delivery of end-to-end HR solutions. This Senior Solution Enablement Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR service delivery models and support business growth through innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver comprehensive HR solutions across various domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a Solution Architect for HR Shared Services, developing scalable and efficient service models.
- Lead the proposal development process for RFPs and RFIs, including client presentations and solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Drive transformation initiatives in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management (EDM), Employee Services, and Payroll.
- Develop compelling narratives and storytelling techniques for client engagements, enhancing the overall solution presentation.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure operational excellence by aligning solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 13+ years of experience in HR solutioning or HR transformation roles.
- Strong background as a Solution Architect or HR Solution Architect.
- Hands-on experience in HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and Payroll.
- Proven experience in creating RFP and RFI responses and solution design.
- Strong understanding of designing and delivering HR operating models and solutions.
