Senior Software Engineer Scrum Master - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Scrum Master to join our team at Raytheon. What You'll Do

• Serve as the Scrum Master and drive agile practices to improve team performance.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure the team's backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Proactively resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Implement efficient development practices to foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members for their professional growth.

Requirements

• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Scrum Master certification and experience with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience in driving software teams toward milestones while maintaining alignment with Product Owner priorities.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
