What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and implementation of ADB-wide data analytics programs.
• Support the design and execution of big data policies and initiatives in collaboration with various departments.
• Assist developing member countries in implementing data analytics initiatives for development projects.
• Develop and disseminate knowledge products related to data analytics and big data.
• Conduct capacity building sessions and serve as a resource person for events focused on data analytics.
• Manage partnerships with leading organizations to enhance ADB's capacity building efforts.
• Provide technical support for operations across various project stages, ensuring integration of data analytics.
• Track global trends in data analytics and big data relevant to ADB operations.

Requirements

• A University Degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a post-graduate degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics and big data.
• Experience leading agile teams to deliver complex development projects.
• Proven ability to promote digital transformation through strategic and technical knowledge.
• Established network of professional relationships in the development and technology sectors.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Two years of relevant experience outside ADB within the last five years is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in international development projects.
• Familiarity with ADB's operational frameworks and policies.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and data analytics.
