About the Role

This Junior Social Media Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support the planning, creation, and management of engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in building our online presence, increasing engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing and growing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and other platforms).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, and short videos).
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on engagement and growth.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Some experience managing social media accounts (personal, freelance, or professional).
• Familiarity with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, or similar.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Understanding of paid social media advertising.
