Motion Graphics Designer - Creative Agency

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer remote to join our dynamic team at The Schedio. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our video output, crafting engaging motion-led content from scratch. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients across e-commerce, D2C, and growth-stage businesses, producing everything from social media ads and reels to long-form brand films and YouTube content.

What You'll Do

• Design and animate motion graphics for ads and social content.
• Edit and assemble both short-form and long-form video projects.
• Build reusable motion templates for recurring clients.
• Apply color grading and sound design to enhance video quality.
• Follow brand guidelines for each client to ensure consistency.
• Deliver projects on time, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Utilize AI video tools like Higgsfield, Runway, and Kling as part of your workflow.
• Collaborate with the team to develop structured SOPs and daily workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and video editing work.
• Proficiency in After Effects is essential; knowledge of Premiere Pro or CapCut is a bonus.
• A good eye for pacing, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a structured environment with established workflows.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI video tools.
• Experience working in a studio, agency, or brand environment.
