Senior Social Media Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Paired. This remote position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of our organic social media strategy, focusing on athlete integration, content velocity, and Manychat conversion infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in driving measurable revenue contributions through organic channels, making this a vital position within our marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a scalable content engine that enhances our social media presence.
• Conduct viral strategy audits across comparable brands to extract repeatable formats and engagement patterns.
• Manage daily publishing cadence and oversee the creator and UGC pipeline.
• Build and optimize Manychat keyword flows to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure athletes are aligned to clear KPI buckets and track measurable ROI.
• Maintain a weekly KPI spreadsheet to report performance during executive meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Proven experience growing Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms.
• Strong understanding of short-form content strategy, including hooks and storytelling.
• Ability to analyze social performance metrics and identify winning content formats.
• Experience collaborating with paid media teams to turn organic content into ads.
