Senior Sales Team Leader - Digital Marketing Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Concentrix. As a Senior Sales Team Leader with a focus on digital marketing, you will manage a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers in Athens. This role is pivotal in supporting top brands to accelerate their digital sales and customer success strategies. You will leverage smart technology and data-powered insights to help businesses scale efficiently and unlock new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers, ensuring they excel in supporting advertisers on a leading global search and digital advertising platform.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage CRM data to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Act as an enabler by removing internal and external roadblocks, helping your team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, conduct weekly reviews, and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
• Analyze data and performance trends to develop strategic sales plays tailored to specific clients or territories.
• Stay informed on market trends and ensure your team is updated on the latest industry developments.
• Manage client accounts effectively, maximizing revenue and communicating quarterly objectives clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and achieve superior customer experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a B2B sales leadership role with a proven track record in customer experience and team results.
• Strong knowledge of high-performance selling methodologies and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2-C1) and Italian (C2).
• Willingness to work on-site in Athens.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

• Experience in digital marketing or account management.
