About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Finance Specialist to join our team at Tide. You will play a crucial role in engaging with our small business customers, managing their application processes, and building strong relationships with our commercial lending partners.

What You'll Do

• Contact, engage, and manage small business customers through their application process.
• Build and nurture working relationships with our commercial lending partners.
• Articulate the Funding Options proposition and service confidently.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of business finance to understand various lenders and products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects using Salesforce.
• Monitor trends and enhance customer profiles in Salesforce.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market, and competition.
• Share success stories with the wider organization through relevant communication channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Finance Specialist or in a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to work under pressure.
• Quick problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter mentality with a focus on achieving targets.

• Experience in a Commercial Finance Brokerage.
