What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable infrastructure systems that transform how organizations utilize data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer problems and develop effective solutions.
• Contribute high-quality code to our Foundry platform, focusing on security, performance, and scalability.
• Engage in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to production delivery.
• Participate in the Frontline program, working directly with users to gain insights into product usage and challenges.
• Build and maintain distributed systems that support large-scale compute workloads.
• Automate deployment and management of complex distributed systems like Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
• Design APIs that simplify user interactions while maintaining high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating scalable infrastructure systems.
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data processing technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with open-source technologies like Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
• Active US Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Familiarity with industry-standard build tools such as Gradle and GitHub.
