Senior Sales Executive - Remote at Bitso
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join our innovative team at Bitso, a leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and winning commercial deals in key markets. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in Brazil while making a significant impact in the crypto industry.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USP) to win new business.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
- Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from opening to closing new business opportunities.
- Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using Hubspot to ensure a robust sales process.
- Maintain and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved and customers have an exceptional experience.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a sales position, with at least 4 years in selling remittances, cross-border payments, or complex payment solutions.
- Proven experience in business development and sales as a hunter.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Experience in a financial institution or large brokerage firm.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market.
