We're hiring a Senior Recruiter for Cross-Functional Team to join our dynamic team at Scorewarrior. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by recruiting exceptional talent for our game development teams. This role is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to make a significant impact in the gaming industry.

What You'll Do

• Recruit exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team, focusing on client and backend developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, and product analysts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles.
• Organize all processes of interaction with candidates until offer acceptance.
• Develop and refine an interview process that enhances assessment quality while optimizing the candidate experience.
• Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates.
• Maintain ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems with precision.
• Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods.
• Collect and analyze data on recruitment processes and present reports to stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Train hiring managers on best hiring practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in the gaming industry.
• Experience in searching for candidates on specialized resources such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other professional sources.
• Knowledge of using Google extensions for candidate search.
• Familiarity with X-ray and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
• Ability to work effectively with large amounts of information in a limited time frame.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Interest in games and the gaming industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
