Senior Network Engineer - Fortinet (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer - Fortinet (Remote) to join our dynamic team. If you are a seasoned L2 network engineer familiar with Fortinet, network security, and ITIL practices, this is the position for you! Your new company is an Australian MNC providing cybersecurity services to multiple businesses in the Australian market and is expanding their team to better serve their growing client base.

What You'll Do

• Support international clients with network and security tickets.
• Manage incidents, monitor alerts, and implement solutions from L3 teams.
• Configure firewalls and networks, in addition to conducting routine maintenance.
• Update knowledge base and documentation to ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous support.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Fortinet solutions; experience with Palo Alto and Juniper is also welcome.
• Strong conversational skills to effectively communicate with clients.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and network security protocols.
• Experience in managing network incidents and implementing solutions.
• Interest in remote work opportunities in IT & Network Engineering.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in network security or related fields.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Knowledge of additional security solutions.
