About the Role

Stefanini Group is hiring a Global Mobility Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to manage international and domestic employee mobility programs, ensuring smooth transitions for relocating employees. With 3-5 years of experience in global mobility, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR operations.

What You'll Do

• Administer end-to-end global mobility processes for international and domestic relocations, assignments, and permanent transfers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, providing guidance on policies, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with relocation vendors, immigration counsel, tax providers, and destination service providers to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Apply global mobility policies consistently and prepare necessary documentation such as assignment letters and relocation agreements.
• Track mobility-related expenses and assist with reporting on mobility activity and compliance status.
• Deliver a high level of service to relocating employees and managers, communicating clearly and empathetically on time-sensitive matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in global mobility, international HR, or employee relocation.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, relocation, and global assignment processes.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HRIS and mobility tracking systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
