People & Talent Partner - Remote Role in SaaS

About the Role

We are looking for a People & Talent Partner remote to join our team at Ticketure. This role is vital in shaping how we attract and integrate talent into our organization. You will manage end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring that our hiring practices are structured and equitable. As a People & Talent Partner remote, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple roles and departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and structured interview plans.
• Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines within the ATS while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and consistent communication.
• Ensure hiring practices are structured, equitable, and aligned with company standards.
• Develop and implement effective evaluation methods, including structured interviews and work samples.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage employee lifecycle updates within the HRIS.
• Utilize dashboards and reporting to track recruiting and people metrics, enabling data-informed decision making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations within a technology or SaaS organization.
• At least 2 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience working with modern HR systems, including HRIS and ATS.
• Demonstrated experience improving or building recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in AI within recruiting.
