About the Role

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive - Remote to join our dynamic sales team at Varicent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the Sales Performance Management (SPM) market and redefining how organizations achieve revenue success. As a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions, Varicent empowers revenue leaders globally to design smarter go-to-market strategies, maximize seller performance, and unlock untapped potential.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a comprehensive prospecting strategy in collaboration with Business Development resources.
  • Identify ideal customers within your region and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to create and execute a successful sales strategy.
  • Manage the pricing and contract negotiation process with Varicent leadership and customers.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience in establishing strategic C-level relationships and selling to C-suite executives within major accounts in the SaaS market.
  • Confidence in managing high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interest in the ICM and/or CRM/SaaS tech space, with a commitment to becoming a subject matter expert.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into larger companies in the LATAM region.
  • Familiarity with sales performance management and sales compensation solutions.
