What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python and PySpark.
• Implement machine learning models and AI agents to enhance our product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application resiliency and security.
• Utilize AWS for cloud-based solutions and deployment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Leverage Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation.
• Contribute to continuous delivery practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support operational stability through rigorous testing and monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Python.
• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and practical experience in building AI solutions.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Experience with DataBricks and Terraform is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
