Senior Project Manager - E-Learning Agency (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - E-Learning Agency (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Learn Awesome. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect, while managing projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with our founder and delivery team to ensure that every project meets our high standards and is delivered on time.

What You'll Do

• Oversee project delivery end to end, managing timelines, milestones, and task assignments using ClickUp.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
• Review deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring they meet the standards set by Learn Awesome.
• Identify operational gaps and contribute to the development of our productized service library.
• Facilitate client-facing sessions, presenting work in progress and collecting structured feedback.

Requirements

• A solid background in instructional or learning design, with the ability to assess quality effectively.
• Demonstrated project management experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted eLearning production workflows is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Australian corporate clients.
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline.
• Background in building productized learning offers or content libraries.
