Senior Program Manager - AI & Automation Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team at QuillBot, focusing on AI & automation. This Senior Program Manager remote position is crucial for driving efficiency and optimizing workflows across our Revenue Operations organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance user support experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and complete key deliverables in a timely manner.
• Continuously assess and deploy emerging AI solutions to improve internal workflows and customer outcomes.
• Automate onboarding flows for B2B, academic, and enterprise customers.
• Develop outreach strategies leveraging automated touchpoints to support pre-sale and post-sale efforts.
• Build and optimize smart cancellation flows to reduce churn and improve engagement journeys.
• Maintain and troubleshoot key systems used by internal teams, ensuring tools are reliable and aligned with business objectives.
• Define and track OKRs related to automation and operations, building dashboards to communicate the impact of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in AI automation within SaaS environments, preferably in EdTech or consumer apps.
• Strong program management skills and experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Familiarity with no-code tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Amplitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Intercom, ZenDesk, SFDC, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, and Figma.
• Ability to navigate feedback loops and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
