- Collaborate with the Data Science team to build churn prediction models and personalize promotional offers.
- Analyze the performance of launched features and iteratively improve the product.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (preferably in high-frequency products).
- Strong understanding of key metrics: Retention, LTV, Churn, DAU/MAU, ROI.

- Strong proficiency in product analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests and customer development (quantitative and qualitative research).
- Understanding of user behavior & psychology (ideally, the psychology of a trader or gamer).
- Customer Empathy: Ability to understand traders’ pain points and drivers (fear of loss, excitement, need for recognition).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to foresee how a bonus system will impact the business in the long term, not just in the immediate future.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong skills in driving cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Support).
- Proactivity: Readiness to independently identify growth opportunities within the retention funnel and pitch solutions.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience working in CFD/Forex brokers or Crypto exchanges.

- Understanding of CRM marketing principles (push notifications, automated email sequences) to sync product features with marketing communications.
What We Offer
- Tax expenses coverage for private entrepreneurs in Ukraine.
- Expert support and guidance for Ukrainian private entrepreneurs.
- 20 paid vacation days per year.
- 10 paid sick leave days per year.
- Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list.
- Medical insurance.
- Opportunity to work remotely.
- Professional education budget.
- Language learning budget.
- Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear, and related expenses).
This Senior Product Manager role at Justmarkets offers the chance to shape trader loyalty programs while working remotely. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits enhance the appeal.
